We are seeking VP, Hydrometallurgy Delivery to join our Minerals Hydrometallurgy Organization. You will be responsible for managing all HDR BL delivery, engineering, procurement, and project activities for HDR BL. Also, P&L in HDR project portfolio, and operating with customers to ensure customer satisfaction is under your responsibility.
In this position, you will report to Mikko Rantaharju, VP, Hydrometallurgy.

 

This position is mainly in Espoo, Finland but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options. However, it involves up to 40% of traveling.


What you’ll do

 

Manages Delivery activities in HDR BL, including project management, engineering, procurement, QEHS, and site support. Responsible for a profitable operation in HDR BL deliveries. Responsible for the resource management and performance of the HDR Delivery Operations. Responsible for the delivery operations from resource management for projects to invoicing and related customer satisfaction for Hydrometallurgy BL. Assures that all hydrometallurgy deliveries are carried out as per Metso, customer safety standards, and local safety legislation. Assures all Metso stakeholders related to Delivery understand the HDR BL operational and business model. Assures proper resourcing for hydrometallurgy and has relevant skills to support projects and product groups. Managed lessons learned, identified continuous improvement opportunities, and provided feedback to relevant stakeholders.

Relevant education and experience supporting the role. Ability and willingness to cooperate in a global multi-interface environment. Proven track record of driving and getting results. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience in leading and developing high-performing diverse teams.
