As the VP of International Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our global marketing strategy, fostering brand growth across diverse international markets. Your leadership will ensure our products resonate with consumers around the world, leading to stronger brand equity, market share expansion, and sustainable business success. In this role, you’ll directly influence how we connect with new and existing customers on a global scale, leading cutting-edge campaigns that deliver measurable results.

This role will report to the Chief International Officer and be based in our downtown Chicago headquarters at the Old Post Office.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with teams across sales, product development, operations, and regional marketing leaders to ensure seamless execution of global strategies and market adaptability.

Sustainability & Social Responsibility: Champion our sustainability initiatives, integrating them into our global marketing campaigns and ensuring the company’s role as a responsible and ethical global leader. Experiences that will support your success Extensive Leadership Experience: 15+ years in senior marketing roles, with a proven ability to lead international teams and manage multi-million-dollar global marketing budgets.
FMCG Industry Experience: Significant experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this fast-paced, competitive industry.
Global Exposure: Experience working in diverse international markets and leading marketing campaigns that span multiple geographies and cultures.
Track Record of Innovation: A history of delivering innovative, market-leading marketing initiatives that have had a tangible impact on brand growth and profitability.

CompensationThe salary range for this position is $187,200 to $262,100.
