This hybrid role desires a candidate to work out of our office at 100 Throckmorton Street, Fort Worth, TX 76102. An alternate hub office is located at 5565 Glenridge Connector NE, Atlanta, GA 30342. A candidate located in Atlanta would have expected travel to the Texas facility. Follow us on LinkedIn (http://www.linkedin.com/company/deluxe/posts/?feedView=all) RESPONSIBILITIES: As the VP of ISV and ISO within Merchant Services you will grow the ISV and ISO partner ecosystems and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver excellence. You’re ready to shape how merchants connect with the tools and services they need to thrive. + Lead and manage strategic development, partnership, and operational activities related to ISVs and ISOs + Create and nurture relationships with software vendors and sales organizations to drive business growth, enhance payment processing solutions, and ensure seamless integration + Develop and execute strategic plans to expand existing ISV and ISO partnerships + Identify and onboard new ISV and ISO partners through networking, cold calling, and leveraging industry connections + Lead negotiations and finalize contract terms ensuring maximum business value + Build and sustain strong relationships with ISV and ISO partners, ensure collaborative success, mutual growth, and seamless integration of solutions + Work with internal teams such as Products, Operations, and Marketing to address partner needs and integrate feedback into future product releases + Develop and execute competitive proposals that drive new business + Present tailored product demonstrations and business solutions that resonate with potential partners + Track sales operations metrics, set aggressive KPIs, and consistently exceed targets + Oversee the validation and certification processes for ISV and ISO integrations + Manage the ROI process, including identifying key requirements, clarifying support escalation paths, and ensuring successful growth outcomes + Lead, mentor, and develop a cohesive team focused on merchant services, payment gateways, and ISV partnerships + Provide coaching, mentoring, and timely performance management to ensure team success BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: (Required) + Bachelor’s degree in business admin or related field + 12+ years’ experience in the payments industry + 7+ years’ experience in people management + Proven success in a leadership role within the payments/merchant services industry, with deep ISV and ISO experience + Strong understanding of the merchant services landscape and the role of ISVs and ISOs in payment processing + Strong sales and closing skills with an understanding of financial and payment solutions technology. + Ability to manage complex sales cycles and craft tailored solutions based on partner needs + Strong understanding of software, API’s and SDK’s, with the ability to communicate effectively and credibly with technology and software developers + Experience selling into key verticals such as Financial Services, Telco, Healthcare, Non-Profit and SaaS + Proven ability to create and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline + Expertise in crafting and executing sales strategies and business cases + Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through aggressive partner recruitment + Must be 18 years of age or older PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Desired but not required) + Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field + Experience in a sales executive role focused on ISV recruitment and integrated partner sales within merchant environment ​ Benefits In line with our commitment to employee wellbeing, our total rewards benefits package is designed to support the physical, financial, and emotional health of our employees, tailored to meet their unique and evolving needs.
