VP, New Logo Sales

THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Vice President of Sales to lead new logos across the Americas. You will be responsible for directing go to market strategy and sales for a corporate accounts team heavily focused on new account acquisition and expansion given the size and scale of the addressable market. This role will be high impact and core to the success of the team and company overall. Accruent’s Asset and Workplace Management Solutions are deployed globally by many large companies given our proven history of driving value. As part of our sales leadership team, you will join a group of intellectually curious leaders skilled in pipeline development, value selling, deal review cadence and crossfunctional collaboration as we scale the business. Proven success coaching and developing talent is required. This position will be a remote/work from home position.

SVP, Sales and Head of Channel Partnerships

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Effectively lead and grow our team, account relationships and enablement.  Collaborate with global sales teams to increase account penetration.  Deliver on core KPIs for the team and identify & measure leading indicators of future success.  Identify, recruit, enable, and manage new account executives in strategic areas of opportunity.  Increase sales effectiveness and productivity of the team.  Attract and retain top talent.  Strategic, executive-level value selling.  Management activities including monthly operating reviews, driving weekly forecasting and pipeline development activity, account planning, and GTM strategy. 
 

WHO YOU ARE: 

Professional Experience: 

• 7+ years of proven leadership experience & performance in the software and IT industry. 

• Demonstrated performance of building a successful revenue growth strategy attributable to direct programs. 

• Track record in defining sales plays and strategies to increase customer impact and revenue. 

• Familiarity with relevant technology trends. 

• Large ($500M+) and mid-size company experience. 

• Experience selling SaaS or software products.
