VP, New Strategic Growth Accelerator & New Channels - Clinique
**Description** Objective:​ This role will focus on accelerating commercial growth strategies for Clinique around the world and expanding into new channels of distribution.​ Key Responsibilities:​ Lead Pharma expansion strategy for EMEA, APAC and LATAM – in partnership with global and regional VP/GMs. Develop strategy for continued launch into medical channels | Build an accelerated business strategy to grow the Emerging markets I.e., India)​ | Continue to partner across the matrix on leading Gravity/Square strategy for Clinique to scale the business in Asia. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, strategic thinking, and a comprehensive understanding of channel execution, market dynamics, and business transformation. ​The VP will partner with the Global team, Regions/Affiliates, and Senior Executives to ensure the alignment of commercial and channel specific initiatives with the overall brand strategy, focusing on growth, operational excellence, and process optimization. **Qualifications** 15+ years of experience in global commercial strategy, international business development, and transformation | Strong financial acumen and ability to synthesize data into actionable insights | MBA preferred; undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field | Proven ability to drive large-scale transformation efforts and optimize business processes | Experience working in fast-paced, global environments, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills | Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills | Excellent project management and organizational abilities | Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across levels.
