VP, North America Sales - MCR Safety

The Vice President of North America Sales will lead, manage and execute the sales strategy for the North American market, driving revenue growth and market share for our personal protective equipment (PPE) portfolio of products. We seek to recruit and retain the right people who are passionate about our business and we provide opportunities for our employees so that they may progress within our company based on their talents, experiences, and their aptitude. **_Responsibilities:_** + Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets in the North American market. + Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team (internal and third-party manufacturing representative groups), fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. + Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape. + Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. + Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded. + Budget Management: Prepare and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize gross margin and profits. + Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including supply chain, marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business goals. + Reporting: Present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management and stakeholders. + Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies. **_Requirements:_** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. + Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the PPE or related industry. + Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. + Strong leadership and team management experience, including the ability to hire, train and develop a high performing sales team. + Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. + A results-oriented problem solver who is always looking (at least) one step ahead and can see around the next corner. + Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans. + Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. + In-depth knowledge of the PPE industry and market trends. + Experience in B2B sales and managing large national accounts. + Ability to travel up to 60%. **So, what are you waiting for?
