What You Will Do:

Controllership

Monitor financial processes closely, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reportingIdentify and act upon cost-saving or financial optimization opportunitiesOversee controllership functionEvaluate financial controls to ensure robustness and effectivenessEnsure compliance with existing key internal controls and process frameworkIdentify areas of potential process improvement

Financial Analysis

Oversee and build regional budgets with departmental and location breakdownsEstablish rolling forecasts for regional performanceDevelop robust trend analysis from historical data.  Use analyses to draw conclusions and actionable insights.

Strategic Financial Leadership

Collaborate with Regional Senior Leadership and act as a financial business partner to develop and execute strategies that drive operational efficiency and sustainable growth.Identify and define KPI’s, aligned with business strategy.  These activities should occur collaboratively with other functions and should be designed to provide measurable insights.

Financial Systems and Processes

Evaluate and enhance financial systems and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.Drive automation and integration initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce manual efforts.Provide training and support to finance staff on system usage and best practices.

Qualifications

Education Qualifications

Bachelors required

Experience Qualifications

10+ Years of progressive experience in a corporate accounting and/or manufacturing environment required5+ Years of experience as a people manager with a proven record of successfully leading, directing and coaching required7+ Years of experience in a controller environment performing traditional accounting activities requiredStrong knowledge of financial budgeting, GAAP accounting, tax reporting regulations, and complianceAble to use Microsoft Office Applications including expertise in Microsoft excelExperience in OneStream and SAP a plus
