VP, Regional President, Primary Care - SE Region
**Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first** The VP Regional Market President will be responsible for overall region performance, including membership growth and retention, talent management, health plan payor relationships, broker and community partner relations, clinic operations and profitability in the Southeast Region: NC, SC, GA, North FL (Jacksonville and Daytona) and Primary Care Anywhere (In-home care). This region has a total of 69 centers and 980 associates The VP Regional Market President SE Region will directly lead a team of Market Presidents and serve as dyad partner to the Regional CMO of the Primary Care Organization’s Southeast Region. The VP Regional Market President will report to the SVP Florida and Southeast Division Operations of the Primary Care Organization. Responsibilities include: + Assume responsibility for the financial performance (P&L) of all markets in the regional area, including membership growth and retention, clinic margin performance, and cost control initiatives + Develop strategic relationships with health plan payers in the region with sensitivity to potential partnership & growth opportunities + Ensure successful execution of attracting, developing, motivating, and retaining organizational talent + Lead medical center operations consistent with programs that optimize best practices in patient care to enhance overall patient experience + Drive overall region performance thru oversight of clinical staffing, clinical coding initiatives, and utilization management initiatives + Partner cohesively with the Regional CMO as a leadership dyad for the region across all dimensions of success, building an effective and collaborative working relationship where patient-first culture and clinically-led decision-making drives growth, clinical excellence, performance & outcomes. + In the future may create innovative partnership opportunities with primary care practices in the marketplace to grow our Managed Service (MSO) business **Use your skills to make an impact** **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree + Value-based care experience + Primary Care clinic operations experience + 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in large, complex, and integrated healthcare or payer setting + Experience in healthcare management and/or operations + Ability to work effectively with physician and health system leadership with experience in contract negotiation + Proven ability to drive strategy, set and meet established targets, and manage clinical programs + Ability to travel 40% or less **Preferred Qualifications** + Prior P&L experience + Candidates who reside within close proximity to the region will be consider, **however preference will be given to candidates that reside in one of the states within the region NC, SC, GA, or North Florida (Jacksonville and Daytona)** **Scheduled Weekly Hours** 40 **About us** About CenterWell Senior Primary Care: CenterWell Senior Primary Care provides proactive, preventive care to seniors, including wellness visits, physical exams, chronic condition management, screenings, minor injury treatment and more.
