VP, Remote Customer Success Manager
Job Description Revenue Roll is a fast-paced, innovative AdTech startup specializing in email and ad network advertising. We empower our clients with cutting-edge tools and strategies to achieve their goals. We're looking for a passionate and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients, including enterprise accounts. Responsibilities: Client Management and Engagement: Manage and nurture relationships with 75100 clients, ranging from medium businesses to enterprise-level accounts. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless client experience and driving retention. ESP Expertise: Leverage experience with various email service providers (ESPs) such as Klaviyo, Yotpo, Sendlane, Attentive and others to provide strategic guidance and optimize client campaigns. Business Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews to analyze client performance, identify opportunities for growth, and align strategies with client objectives. Salesforce Tracking: Track and manage client interactions, relationship health, and opportunities within Salesforce to ensure accurate reporting and insights. Optimization & Retention: Proactively identify areas for improvement within client accounts and implement strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
