About the Role:
Responsible for implementation, development, and oversight of risk strategy, frameworks, and programs in BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) / AML (Anti-Money Laundering). Consults with the business to ensure policies, practices, and standards are adhered to and risk is mitigated accordingly. Leads a team overseeing hiring, development, evaluation, coaching and direction of responsibilities.
What You Will Do:
Responsible for BSA Policy, BSA, CIP (Customer Identification Program), CDD (Customer Due Diligence) & EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence) Program Standards Responsible for BSA Risk Assessment Process Primary point of contact for internal and external audits and reviews Primary reviewer of Risk Acceptances Responsible for BSA Training Programs at the enterprise level Contributor to special projects as required Leads and develops a team of professionals responsible for risk analysis, review, and reports. Assesses risk position and communicates trends to senior leadership and risk committees. Regularly communicates risk to regulators, leads regulatory discussions and presents information, and responds to regulatory requests. Collaborates and builds relationships with other Risk and line of business leaders to deliver on initiatives and establish trust with stakeholders. Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs and KRIs for various internal measures including senior leadership and board reporting. Proactively identify gaps, roadblocks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies that impact risk initiatives and efforts and works to mitigat them. Represents risk at the appropriate level across the organization and advocates for and defends decisions associated with strategy and plans. Other duties as assigned.

Salary range: $151,672.07 – $250,258.92
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
