General Purpose of Job
The VP Sales Branded Goods is responsible for pursuing and developing new revenue opportunities to establish Quad’s new Branded Goods business within various market verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a pivotal key leader in shaping Quad’s go to market and sales approach for Branded GoodsIntroduce new client prospects to Quad from the Branded Goods and Promotional Products spaceSupport and lead the development of an industry vertical strategyCollaborate with Quad business leaders to grow existing client accounts into the Branded goods business Introduce new prospects to Quad and Quad Branded goods and receive leads to work closely with the Business Development team Curate and develop a list of client prospects by vertical to pursue, and lead engagements with clients from discovery, solution identification to deal closure.Support the Quad Client Diagnostic process and work with existing business leaders to expand products and services.Identify, qualify, drive and develop new relationships within target markets, and collaborate with Quad sales and operations peers on cross-platform opportunities.Develop strong relationships with C-Suite executives such as; Marketing Director, VP/SVP, CMO, CFO, Brand Owners and overall influencers and decision makersEffectively communicate and present value proposition and solutionsUnderstand the competitive landscape and differentiate using Quad solutions, acting as a consultant to access and apply Quad solutions to clients’ objectives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date revenue forecasts and pipeline reports, execute pipeline management using Salesforce CRM, and demonstrate outstanding contract negotiation and closing skills.Execute SOW and MSA agreements, manage time effectively, and provide excellent customer service to support clients.Meet quarterly and annual forecasting goals in order to achieve or exceed revenue objectivesBe a thought leader by having a thorough understanding of brand and industry trends, challenges & direction.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 10+ years’ experience and proven track record of selling in Branded Goods or Promotional product industry
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Experience selling in direct selling services and consultative selling environment with expertise in BPO or Marketing/ProcurementSolutions selling experience requiredStrong business and financial acumen requiredSignificant existing marketing relationships within key accounts within target markets is strongly preferredStrong understanding of content creation and managementDigital marketing experience is strongly preferredExperience developing integrating marketing campaigns and/or selling multi-channel marketing solutions that support integrated marketing campaigns is strongly preferredExperience in B2B and B2C sales is strongly preferredMarketing to C Level ExecutivesComputer savvy with MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.Experience using Salesforce.com or equivalent CRMStrong communication and writing skillsHighly organized and detail orientedExcellent presentation skillsAbility to travel 50%
