The RoleThis role works closely with Account Executives, Retention Executives, and Managing Directors to win and retain our largest corporate and TEM (Tax Exempt Markets) clients in support of Workplace Investing sales and client retention goals. As a Solution Architect, you are responsible for performing a comprehensive analysis of client requirements, comparing plan document provisions against our product and services, problem solving for unique plan features, and representing the Fidelity solution during the sales or rebid process.
This role relies heavily on your knowledge of Fidelity’s products, services and processes and your ability to think strategically, coordinate with clients and their consultants, and collaborate with internal business partners.
