Job Summary/Purpose
This role reports to the Chief Supply Officer and will serve as a key member of the P&SC leadership team. Leveraging a holistic view of the organization, the overall focus is to drive strategy and enablement initiatives that define how P&SC should be utilized to enable and influence Entergy’s Path to Premier.
Responsibilities include P&SC strategic planning, portfolio management, projects and delivery, financial and performance management, supplier diversity and stakeholder management. Additional responsibilities include performance & analytics, technology management, business controls and compliance, third-party risk management and supplier relationship management. This role will also provide strategic leadership of Entergy’s indirect procurement vertical for Entergy’s corporate functions.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Continuous Improvement focus on strategy enablement and delivery of the P&SC initiatives. Establish and lead teams to execute and share performance & analytics, technology management, business controls and compliance, third-party risk management, supplier relationship management within Entergy's P&SC organization. Strategic development and implementation of diverse and local spend strategies to enable Entergy’s path to premier journey. Develop, lead and execute vendor strategies focusing on diverse spend management, local spend management. Enable and execute the supplier sustainability strategy. Category Management of indirect procurement vertical Support the Corporate organizations including HR, Finance, Legal, Technology and Business Services, and the Integrated Customer Organization. Performance accountability in leading, driving and enabling execution of the path to premier efforts for the P&SC organization. Focus on spend and savings, process and tools, and organization capability development. Cross functional collaboration to develop, manage and execute f P&SC stakeholder communications and all organizational change management. Partner with Entergy Corporate Communications in understanding and communicating P&SC concepts, initiatives, and challenges to internal and external audiences. Optimization of Source-To-Pay for the measurement, assurance, and improvement of business processes across the P&SC organization. Ensures the necessary tools, systems, improvement methodologies, and improvement program delivery mechanisms are in place to support the latest RACI and operate effectively.
