VP, SW Portfolio & Product Management

With millions of users Jabra is continuing its mission to enhance its position as a leading player in video solutions and headsets. We are seeking a visionary VP of Software Portfolio and Product Management to spearhead our software strategy and lead a team of 5 product managers. This role is crucial in transforming our software organization to meet evolving customer needs and capitalize on market opportunities, particularly in generative AI.

You will report to the SVP for SW & Services Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Own and drive Jabra’s software strategy and product priorities, ensuring alignment with our vision to lead in video collaboration and headset innovation.

Platform Development: Elevate the Jabra+ platform to be the premier solution for IT admins managing Enterprise A/V devices, focusing on user experience and competitive positioning.

Generative AI Integration: Innovate and establish Jabra’s solutions as the leading hardware interface for generative AI in the workplace, ensuring effortless and secure access through our devices and applications.

Ecosystem Collaboration: Foster integrations with major collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom) and generative AI tools (e.g., CoPilot, ChatGPT) to enhance our offerings.

Cybersecurity and Compliance: Ensure robust cybersecurity measures and regulatory compliance across all software interactions, maintaining a well-managed, cost-efficient, and scalable platform.

Team Empowerment: Cultivate a high-performing, engaged team culture that encourages innovation and deep customer insights, embodying GN’s leadership principles: Be a customer geek, Make it happen, and Embrace to win.

Collaborate with SW&S Services, Business Management, R&D Development Center, and Global Alliances to align software vision with service requirements and market strategies.

Work closely with Headset and Video Business Units to prioritize product features and resolve software bottlenecks.

To succeed we imagine that you know how to deliver a SW platform that significantly improves NPS and engagement, with competitive offerings that facilitate a smooth transition from legacy apps and can ensure Jabra’s software is a competitive differentiator that supports device sales and customer enablement.

You know how to drive team empowerment, innovation and developing customer loyalty and can navigate Jabra as a leader in secure access to generative AI and cybersecurity.

You can facilitate seamless use of Jabra’s APIs/SDKs for alliance partners and developers, ensuring high satisfaction and low-touch integrations

Qualifications:

Proven track record in establishing product-market fit in software, demonstrating effective solutions to real customer problems.

Experience in software product management and development, with a history of leading empowered teams to high throughput and innovation.

Strong knowledge of software architecture, including management of complex interfaces and protocols.

Familiarity with generative AI solutions and a passion for exploring new technologies.

Experience in Enterprise SaaS and A/V collaboration is advantageous but not mandatory.
