A Typical Day Responsible for development of sales and broker strategies to support scalable channel growth. This includes development of tech requirements to create a best-in-class broker portal and client experience. Owner of sales enablement projects, i.e., CRM, reporting, routines, sales policy and procedure, sales training and communication. Collaborate with internal and external partners to create and maintain broker training materials, user guides, etc. Engage with sales leadership on various sales strategies and provide tools and support to execute sales strategies and approaches. Build and maintain best-in-class CRM for best lift in broker prospecting and engagement. Build tools and resources to enable sales success and execution vs. established business growth targets. Engage with analytics and data teams to create and maintain suite of sales reports. The VP, TPO Strat & Sales En will: ● In partnership with technology leaders, engage to enhance systems to enable operating at highest level of efficiency and quality while creating a best-in-class broker experience. ● Establish sales policies, procedures and operating controls for sales team. ● Manage the launch and release of products, programs and tech releases within the channel. ● Serve as business owner for Broker Direct’s instance of Salesforce CRM and engage with Business Technology and MFD on enhancements and changes. ● Business liaison to the data and analytics team to evolve sales reporting and drive data into CRM. ● Lead Management and lead distribution ● Build out sales training to ensure awareness and understanding of all PennyMac processes, SLAs, POWER and other tools and resources. ● Work with Marketing and others to create, maintain and enhance broker resources and tools designed to ensure ease of doing business with Pennymac. ● Provide leadership to the training, sales enablement and Client Success team and ensure execution and accuracy of team related functions. ● Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values. What You’ll Bring ● Bachelor’s degree preferred ● Minimum of 7 years of mortgage experience, preferably in the Broker / Wholesale channel ● Contemporary knowledge of mortgage industry and operational practices ● Functional understanding of applicable federal, state and local lending regulations ● Ability to build operational workflows and technology solutions specific to the wholesale channel ● Knowledge of mortgage operating practices ● Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce CRM ● Knowledge of basic computer software programs, including Internet, G-Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite ● Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of external clients and internal leadership, and think strategically ● Ability to speak and write clearly and persuasively, and to conduct group presentations and meetings ● Ability to maintain a positive attitude and provide exemplary internal and external customer service ● Ability to make decisions in a timely manner, exhibiting sound and accurate judgment ● Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, and to gather and analyze information skillfully ● Expertise in looking for ways to improve and promote quality and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness ● Results oriented and performance management focused with proven track record at delivering timely results ● Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and mathematical skills, using sound judgment Why You Should Join As one of the top mortgage lenders in the country, Pennymac has helped over 4 million lifetime homeowners achieve and sustain their aspirations of home.
