Job Description An employer in the hospitality industry is looking for a VP of Training & Communication. You will be responsible for all aspects of internal training and communication for three brands. This leader will create proactive, long-term strategies for simple and inclusive messaging, crisis communication, impactful trainings for every department, leadership development, and stakeholder content. Skills and Requirements -BA/BS or equivalent in skills and training -10+ years of experience in internal communications with increasing responsibility and oversight of strategy, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industries -5+ years of experience leading others, including the indirect leading of peers and cross-functional partners through influence and trust -Demonstrated experience in delivering large-scale training programs at all levels of a business -In-depth knowledge of communication best-practices (including routine announcements, crisis communication response, and yearly conference messaging) -Proficient in communication and training technology platforms null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
