JOB SUMMARY
This position is primarily responsible for driving the strategic roadmap and execution related to enterprise-wide consumer initiatives for the Spectrum TV video product. In collaboration with senior management this job will develop and implement product strategies to provide the highest quality video product, increase enterprise-wide revenue streams, and consistently deliver customer satisfaction.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to lead, build and develop a large, multi-level team product management teams.
Ability to communicate verbally, in writing, and through formal presentations across all organizational levels and audiences, both internally and with external stakeholders and vendors.
Proficient in finance and accounting, in particular with respect to understanding business results and developing and presenting business plans.
Ability to influence across the organization, particularly at the senior executive levels.
Knowledgeable of competitive, technology, market and consumer trends for the video product.
Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into solid implementation plans that drive results.
Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data and leverage analysis to develop strategies and drive decisions.
Highly proficient in product management relating to video services platforms and systems and on demand TV technologies.

Required Education
Bachelor´s degree required.
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Video product management and IP-based video services experience within a consumer subscription video company – 10 years
Product team leadership experience – 8 years

The base pay for this position generally is between $174,300.00 and $290,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
