Overview As a member of Gallagher Bassett Claims & Operations leadership team Vice President – Workforce Optimization & Operational Efficiency Management is responsible for supporting Executive leadership in optimizing, forecasting, and planning workforce capacity and design to meet business objectives. Reporting to EVP – WC, Vice President – Workforce Optimization & Operational Efficiency Management will design, oversee and execute management of the staffing and capacity models to ensure alignment with service levels, client requirements, and operational objectives while maintaining proactive view into business growth and employee satisfaction. In addition this role, this role will lead initiatives to improve operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement procedures to improve productivity using technological tools to streamline processes. Location: USA Remote How you'll make an impact In partnership with claims, finance, operations, analytics, and client services design a comprehensive staffing model by line of coverage to address workload requirements and staffing needs Develop a staffing model implementation process that incorporates workload variations, new and lost business, and growth in operation Oversee real-time staffing and capacity performance to maintain organizational standards Identify areas of concern and improvement and recommend strategies for optimizing the model and structure Provide guidance to the team members responsible for day-to-day model management Drive continuous improvement initiatives and leverage technology, analytics, and new products and services to improve client and employee experience Provide feedback to leadership on workforce trends, challenges and gaps Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities to introduce process automation and efficiency gains throughout the operation using Microsoft PowerApps Lead initiatives to improve resource utilization, enhance productivity and streamline workflows Lead business design and deployment of custom PowerApp applications tailored to workforce needs and focused on efficiency gains Provide training and guidance on utilization of PowerApp tools, change management and utilization of new processes Collaborate with IT resources on all aspects of design, development and deployment of the PowerApp platforms Perform other duties as assigned Reports to: EVP – Workers’ Compensation About You Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years related experience required. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in varying level leadership roles Track record of strategic leadership experience Proven experience in workforce management, optimization and process improvement Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to innovate using technology Innovative mindset and business minded approach to addressing operational challenges Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Products, including PowerApps Strong analytical skills with ability to identify trends and develop solutions Detail-oriented, organized, proven quality-focused leader Experience working across multiple teams and building consensus #LI-JA1 Compensation and benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
