KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Full P&L ownership of AA Opening Solutions - Middle East Region. The Middle East Region is part of the MEIIA Business Area that includes 5 Regions in total (Middle East, Türkiye, Israel, India, Africa). Lead the Management Team of the Region, including 4 Product Segments (Doors, DAS, Mechanical Core, Residential) and 4 Selling Units clustered as follows: UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Export KSA and Bahrain Egypt Yale Retail Ensure that the strategic development of the Region is aligned with the overall MEIIA Business Area and EMEIA Divisional strategy, aiming at generating sales growth, driving down costs, improving EBIT and delivering operational excellence. Promote the right ambition and hunting attitude across the Commercial Team to accelerate sustainable growth across the entire Region Prioritize positive cash flow development with risk conscious practices Promote Integrity, Innovation and Empowerment (ASSA ABLOY core values) leading the Team by example and stimulating Team Working Professionalize the commercial practices and constantly improve the adoption of CRM as central tool to manage the entire Specification to Order sales cycle. Develop strong relationship with key stakeholders (Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Developers, Business Partners) to substantially increase customer relevance. Promote and develop a customer centric culture by providing excellent service (technical support, on time delivery, quality) and improving the Net Promoting Score across the entire customer base. Being a key and active member of the MEIIA Management Team

 

COMPETENCIES:

 

Ability to work in a complex and multi-cultural international business environment Solid experience in managing full P&L and structured Performance Management Systems Good understanding of various sales channels (wholesalers, retail, OEM, direct to project, etc) in the construction and building material industry, both Commercial and Residential. Propension to innovation and ability to navigate a wide product range, including mechanical products, electromechanical and digital products, software-based platforms and system integration.

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Master Degree in Economic or Engineering disciplines, MBA is an advantage Proved experience in managing and developing high performance Teams Solid experience in similar roles, in similar companies Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills Solid knowledge of the construction and building material industry Fluent in spoken and written English, Arabic speaking is an advantage Strategic and Commercial acumen
