Aspirus Health in (WAUSAU, WI) is seeking a VP- SYSTEM BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION & STRATEGY to join our BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION team!The Vice President – System Business Transformation & Strategy plays a highly visible role in helping Aspirus Health effectively advance strategic initiatives, accelerate improvement, and achieve sustainable success. The Vice President is responsible for building Aspirus capabilities in business/strategic planning and guiding effective implementation of the system strategy and major impact projects. Additionally, this role enhances organizational business acumen and nimbleness by building the culture and competencies of project management and process improvement across all facets of the organization.
The Vice President also supports development and advancement of the system innovation strategy and works closely with the SVP – Chief Strategy Officer in developing and implementing growth plans.HOURS:
Experience/Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in business, Health Care or related field required.Master’s degree in business administration, Health Care Administration or related field required.Formal lean experience and Six Sigma Black Belt desired.Project Management (PMP) certification desired.Portfolio Management (PfMP) certification desired.5+ Years’ experience in formulating or managing the implementation of business/strategic plans.5+ Years’ experience leading continuous improvement and project management teams.Experience with building new functions/capabilities within an organization preferred.Demonstrated experience building organizational competency through training and coaching.Extensive experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal. Proficient in developing and organizing project information, and effectively presenting to a range of audiences.Health care operations leadership experience highly desired.
