This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. You will work at American Family Children’s Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a VP/Chief Nursing Officer - American Family Children’s Hospital to:
Serve as the nursing leader for UW Health pediatric services. Partner with other clinical leaders to improve access, quality, safety, patient experience, productivity and efficiency of nursing practice. Align initiatives around the tenants of Magnet ® and participate in maintaining the organization’s Magnet status.At UW Health, you will have:

Minimum –
Bachelor’s degree in nursing Master’s degree in healthcare or hospital administration, nursing administration, business or a related discipline.Preferred – Doctor of Nursing Practice
Work Experience:
Minimum – Seven (7) years of progressively responsible nursing management or supervisory level experience
Preferred –
Experience with an academic medical center Experience working in one or more areas of the following pediatric areas: inpatient, outpatient or critical care nursing.Certifications:
Minimum – RN license
