Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a VP/Director of Finance in Perry, OH. This role will be pivotal in offering overall business support and insightful analysis to support business decisions. You will be responsible for the financial outlook of the site, ensuring the sound financial management and control of the operations. Responsibilities: • Provide insightful analysis to support business decisions and drive them into action. • Work closely with the Vice President & General Manager and Group Finance to provide overall business support as a tactical & strategic advisor. • Lead the financial outlook of the site, ensuring an accurate forecast and understanding key drivers of variances. • Ensure the site operates in accordance with the policies and internal control framework. • Lead the preparation of monthly financial reports, quarterly forecasts, and annual strategic plans and budgets for the site. • Understand key contracts and KPIs and provide analysis of variances and support of corrective actions as required. • Provide necessary support to meet timely commitments, ensuring a high quality of work. • Display detail-oriented integrity, ethics, honesty, and personal credibility. • Lead and develop team to ensure the right decisions are made for the safety and well-being of self and others Requirements • Candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role as VP/Director of Finance. • Proficiency in Accounting Functions is mandatory. • Experience in preparing and managing Annual Budgets is required. • Must have extensive knowledge and experience in the Manufacturing sector. • Familiarity with Standard Cost Accounting is a prerequisite. • Expertise in Standard Costing is necessary. • Proficiency in using Hyperion Financial Management software is needed. • Experience in Budgeting and Forecasting is required. • Ability to create and present KPI Reporting is essential.
