VP/Director of Finance International
Description Easton area company is seeking an experienced and analytical International Finance Director to lead global pricing strategies, financial forecasting, and modeling initiatives. This role plays a critical part in driving strategic decision-making across international markets, optimizing profitability, and supporting business expansion. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, cross-border experience, and the ability to work across multiple cultures and regulatory environments. Key Responsibilities: + Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to support global pricing strategies, business forecasts, and long-term planning. + Lead the analysis of international pricing strategies, margin improvement opportunities, and competitive positioning. + Collaborate with regional finance teams and business units to align on pricing assumptions, forecasting methodologies, and financial targets. + Conduct scenario analysis to assess the impact of pricing changes, FX fluctuations, and market dynamics on business performance. + Partner with Sales, Product, and Strategy teams to provide financial insights that guide go-to-market and expansion decisions. + · Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles for international business units, ensuring consistency and accuracy. + · Provide executive leadership with actionable financial reports, dashboards, and presentations. + · Ensure compliance with international accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate financial policies. + · Travel to key international markets to conduct financial reviews, support regional teams, and gather market intelligence. Requirements • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning at a leadership level. • Strong expertise in pricing strategies and pricing analysis. • Advanced skills in financial modeling and data interpretation. • In-depth knowledge of international accounting standards and tax regulations. • Demonstrated ability to provide strategic financial insights to executive leadership. • Willingness to travel internationally to support regional teams and gather market intelligence. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication and presentation abilities, especially at the executive level.
