The purpose of this role is to define a global sustainable, growth strategy while delivering against the defined financial targets of today (annual Budget, 5y Business Plan) to ensure the business maintains a long-term leadership position in flavors and flavor solutions. 
 
Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop the Flavors Business growth strategy in collaboration with cross-functional leadership and food/beverage stakeholders, to ensure holistic buy-in and right sized investment to deliver on expectationsDefine and align the strategic direction of the flavors portfolio in collaboration with leading CD+D (creation, design and development, product management and market segment leaders.  Leverage prudent investments and drive category leading performance through a differentiated portfolio to achieve growth in a highly competitive market.  Assess and guide the organization on capability needs to materialize the future growth opportunities.  Drive capital expansion projects and M&A necessary to buy or build critical capabilities related to our flavors NA footprint.Drive the execution of global short and mid-term flavors strategy and enable the cross functional team to deliver on the specific flavors targets and initiatives.Manage the regional P&L for the designated portfolio working closely with commercial go-to-market teams, operations, and supply chain to ensure alignment of product development and execution plans to meet customer expectations. Act as general manager for a regional footprint of twelve manufacturing sites and 10+ innovation centers. Support Sales and Commercial teams in strategic customer relationships, elevating ADM as the partner of choice in flavor solutions. Develop strong partner and customer networks to support growth pipeline.
