Key Responsibilities
Growth oriented leadership of CoreLogic’s UK & International (non-US) Cat Risk business, with a focus on customer engagement and sales opportunity development, to grow market share. Operational oversight and direction of our Cat Risk business operations and personnel. Industry engagement & thought leadership: develop and maintain industry stakeholder relationships; speak at industry events. Shape our strategy and product development: translate customer needs and feedback, and emerging market and regulatory requirements into product development themes to win share and accelerate growth. Act as trusted advisor to customers; proactively work with prospective clients through the sales process, providing thought leadership on best practices and the benefit of CoreLogic’s solutions. Internal education: serve as an informal coach and expert to sales and customer success teams.

Job Qualifications:
Degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in the insurance, risk management, or related industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.Ability to provide strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure business objectives are met.Experience in managing P&L responsibilities and budget oversight.Deep understanding of the Cat Risk industry, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging risks.Established network of industry contacts and experience in engaging with industry stakeholders.Experience in public speaking and presenting at industry events.Demonstrated ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and translate them into actionable business strategies.Ability to act as a trusted advisor to customers and provide thought leadership on best practices.Experience in translating customer feedback and market trends into innovative product development themes.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to address business challenges.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Experience in coaching and mentoring teams to enhance their skills and performance.CoreLogic's Diversity Commitment:
