What You Will Do to Change Lives
The VPHR Business Partner is a key position in driving the organization’s success. will be responsible for the strategic HR leadership of the Human Resources Business Partner relationships supporting the Telecare program sites and corporate functions. This role will serve as a thought leader and visionary in advancing organizational capabilities and effectiveness. Primary executive support will be given to the SVP and Chief Program Operating Officer. In addition, this position will play a key role in supporting the Alameda corporate teams as a key partner for the corporate functions. The VP HR Business Partner is responsible for setting the strategic development and implementation for quality and risk management, ensuring our workforce are equipped to deliver on our promise of delivering excellence to those most in need.

Expected starting wage range is $203,934.37 - $251,978.83. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
Bachelor's Degree in related fields of psychology, finance, business and/or sociology. Master's degree or higher preferred. Twelve (12) years of related experience. Seven (7) years leading people including experience leading multi-regional HR teams. Experienced supporting commercial/service organizations globally and leading business expansion or transformational efforts. Latter experience may also be gained through M&A and integration work. Ability to interact with all levels of the business, exceptionally good listening skills, ability to present complex or new ideas with clarity and simplicity. Ability and willingness to work both tactically and strategically through both internal process improvement projects as well as complex global projects. Ability to influence decision making with or without authority, facilitate groups with diverse perspectives, across geographies, and bring teams to agreement. Demonstrated ability in planning and execution, analytical problem solving Travel approximately 25%Preferred Qualifications:

Serve as trusted advisor to the Chief People Officer on all HR matters, including HRBP support of C-suite and program leadership teams and execution on initiatives of varying scope and complexity at the enterprise level. Advise, influence and coach senior leaders on people related implications of business strategies and all aspects of people leadership, culture, and organizational development. Partner with executive team leaders to assess talent needs within the organization and partner with Center of Excellence (COE) peers to develop plans to identify, acquire, and develop the next generation of Telecare leaders. Establish trusted relationships across all levels to support, challenge and influence the organization in preventative and planful actions ahead of need and meeting the business unit's strategic growth and talent agenda.
