VP Human Resources, Corporate Functions and Emerging Markets
**Job Description:** The VP Human Resources, Envista Corporate Functions, is responsible for providing a full continuum of HR leadership to Envista’s Functional Leaders who report directly to the CEO. This includes: CFO; CIO; CHRO; SVP, Strategy and Business Development; SVP, Regulatory Affairs and Quality; General Counsel; SVP Emerging Markets and VP Envista Business Systems Office and Head of DSO. This role will focus on providing strategic HR leadership and business partnership as well as provide HR guidance and org design for work transformation activities. The successful candidate will enjoy all aspects of HR including both strategic and tactical. This includes partnering with key business and HR leaders across the global functional teams aligned with strategic imperatives, hiring, on-boarding, talent management, talent development, performance management and employee relations. This role is also HR for HR, and works closely with the CHRO on HR talent and development initiatives. All activities are in alignment with driving Envista’s Purpose and Envista CIRCle Values. The key HR initiatives stem from the HR Pillar and Organizational Strategy that was established to align with our overall Envista strategy, with a focus on enhancing leadership initiatives, culture and HR capabilities. This position reports directly to the CHRO of Envista and has a Corporate HR business partner and 3 Global Regional HR leads as direct reports. **Key Responsibilities** : + Lead the development and implementation of strategic HR priorities in line with and supporting the achievement of annual business objectives. + Leads the Human Resources function for Corporate functions globally. + Lead cross functional strategic change projects to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency. + Provide coaching support for leaders and managers and their leadership teams where needed + Be responsible for key talent management and development including partnering with the organization’s leaders regarding team development and personal/professional development of employees + Partner with HRLT across Envista to implement HR actions to meet short and long-term organization talent strategy target. + Develop and drive performance management processes, tools, communications, and training programs. + Participate on Envista committees such as Benefits, Enterprise Risk Management, Smile Project Board. + Ensure compliance with employment-related laws (EEOC, OSHA, Wage and Hour, etc.). Represent the company on related litigation. **Job Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s Degree in business or related field is preferred. · 10+ years of progressive HR experience with a global organization in a leadership and generalist HR role required. **Target Market Salary Range:** Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
