This role will also oversee IT product management, business relationship management, value stream mapping, process excellence, business cases, UI/UX design as these functions are designed and developed in the organization. The candidate will engage with each global business function to define and manage digital technology roadmaps; create transparency on company-wide business technology priorities looking forward across multiple years and track investments to drive quantifiable value for the business ensuring that projects directly map to the company’s vision and goals across all business functions.

This role is a member of the IT Senior Leadership Team and will attend to Divisional and Functional Leadership Teams, delegating to direct reports as the Business Engagement Function is developed.

Other responsibilities include working across the IT organization to evolve the operating model of the function and aligning IT competencies and capabilities to be ready to deliver on the multi-year technology roadmaps of each business function. 

Core areas of responsibility: 

- Product Team Ownership (Business Relationship & Roadmaps)

- Global IT Portfolio Management, Outcomes Tracking, Value Capture 

- IT budget management and functional roadmaps

- Value stream mapping and process excellence for each function

- Organizational change management strategy and user adoption tracking
