VP Loan Origination - (Pulte Mortgage)
Hybrid work arrangement - 2 times per week in office Position is located in Englewood, CO VP, Loan Origination Job Summary: Oversees all production aspects and overall strategy of the Loan Origination teams within Mortgage Operations. Responsible for ensuring that the Loan Origination departments meet sales production, financial and business development goals. Primary Responsibilities: + Provides leadership to and develops management staff. + Accountable for driving and maintaining business results (Customer satisfaction, productivity, timeliness, capture/retention, regulatory compliance, quality) + Manages changes, quality, licensing, and continuous improvement through relationships and partnering (Ops management team, Field, QC, Capital Markets, OSM, IS, etc.) + Proactively stays up to date and knowledgeable about technology, loan products, industry/market updates/ changes. + Effective and proactive personnel management + Actively participates in and/or leads committee and governance meetings. + Initiates, leads, and participates on projects and new initiatives. + Effectively communicates/presents information to large groups of employees for continuous improvement, change management and department communication. + Supports, enhances and helps lead within our PMC culture and values. + Appropriately makes decisions that are aligned with the department/company core purpose and vision Management Responsibilities: + Ensures appropriate staffing to meet department needs + Utilizes recruiting and selection tools/processes to build organizational talent + Delegates work according to employee’s abilities and skills + Evaluates employee’s performance and plans for compensation actions in accordance with that performance + Provides developmental opportunities through identification of internal and external training opportunities + Creates opportunities for employee growth + Provides continuous coaching with regard to functional and leadership standards (technical skills and behaviors) + Conducts effective one on one, team, department meetings. + Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills. In addition to up to 9 paid company holidays per year, employees are eligible for up to 6 days of sick pay. Moreover, eligible employees with less than 10 years of service can accrue up to 17 PTO days per year (and up to 22 PTO days per year upon 10 or more years of service).
