VP, Loan Origination
Job Summary: Oversees all production aspects and overall strategy of the Loan Origination teams within Mortgage Operations. Responsible for ensuring that the Loan Origination departments meet sales production, financial and business development goals.
Primary Responsibilities:Provides leadership to and develops management staff.Accountable for driving and maintaining business results (Customer satisfaction, productivity, timeliness, capture/retention, regulatory compliance, quality)Manages changes, quality, licensing, and continuous improvement through relationships and partnering (Ops management team, Field, QC, Capital Markets, OSM, IS, etc.)Proactively stays up to date and knowledgeable about technology, loan products, industry/market updates/ changes. Effective and proactive personnel managementActively participates in and/or leads committee and governance meetings.Initiates, leads, and participates on projects and new initiatives.Effectively communicates/presents information to large groups of employees for continuous improvement, change management and department communication.Supports, enhances and helps lead within our PMC culture and values.Appropriately makes decisions that are aligned with the department/company core purpose and vision

Required Education:High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.Active NMLS License required

Related Functional Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years management desiredMulti-department experience desired (Origination, Branch experience)Demonstrated successful leadership/management experience.Demonstrated sales skills and ability to teach othersKnowledge of financials at the builder and mortgage companiesDemonstrated success in executing changes and initiatives and achieving successful results.Accurate and professional verbal and written communication skillsCritical thinking and analytical skills.Demonstrated ability to use and analyze data in decision making.This position is subject to the CFPB Loan Originator Compensation Rule

Salary Range: $134,700 to $155,000 per year, depending upon experience.This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on the successful completion of defined performance objectives.
