In the Role you will:

Drive One Main’s operational strategy and continuous improvement agendaDevelop and evolve the organization’s strategy around how we organize our operations teams including rolling out and tracking pilots, scaling successful initiatives and designing new onesDrive key initiatives prioritization including ones across technology, analytics and productHelp determine and establish the appropriate metrics by which to measure and monitor performance of various operational teamsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that align with our business objectives.

Requirements

12+ years in professional settings, with a preference for backgrounds in change management, business analytics, technology rollout, or consulting.BA required; MBA or other technical graduate degree preferred.Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.Proven track record of delivering results and leadership in complex and strategic initiatives.Skilled in building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex initiatives and projects.Superior organizational and analytical skills, with expertise in required tools like Microsoft Office.The successful candidate will possess:Strategic Thinking: Capability to think strategically and align recommendations with organizational goals.Organizational Awareness: Understanding of the organizational structure, culture, and dynamics to navigate and influence effectively.Versatile: Capable of handling a wide range of tasks, from administrative to strategic.Data-Driven: Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and strategy.
