To learn more about Movius, visit www.movius.ai   VP of Business Development.   Responsibilities: Develop and execute long-term network evolution strategies and technical solution designs aligned with market trends and customer needs. Provide strategic direction for cloud RAN (Open vRAN), 5G solutions, and SDN/NFV deployments. Drive innovation in AI, Generative AI, and 6G research and development. Executive Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives at major US and European operators (T-Mobile, Vodafone, BT, etc.) and key technology partners (Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung). Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader, influencing decision-making and fostering long-term partnerships. Technical Solutions & Sales Management: Lead technical solutions management, marketing, and sales efforts, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and market demands. Develop and deliver compelling C-level presentations on advanced technologies and business cases. Oversee the preparation of technical and commercial responses to RFPs and RFIs. Business Development & Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and market expansion. Negotiate and close complex deals, including Proof of Concepts and large-scale contracts. Navigate complex business and technical challenges. Qualifications: 20+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a proven track record of success in technical leadership and sales. Deep expertise in 4/5G RAN, AI RAN, FWA, Private Networks, and Core Networks. Strong understanding of cloud RAN (Open vRAN), 5G solutions, and SDN/NFV technologies. Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. Experience managing and leading large, geographically dispersed teams. Master’s degree in Computer Science in Engineering or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with major US and European telecommunications operators. Experience with AI and Generative AI technologies. Knowledge of 6G research and development.
