VP of Engineering @ Tilt

Tilt (check us out here) is looking for a VP of Engineering to join our team and help us scale our business by driving measurable outcomes in engineering execution, team performance, and organizational scalability. You will translate strategic priorities into operational success, ensuring engineering delivers secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions. Partnering closely with the CTO, you will lead efforts to align engineering capabilities with business goals to drive innovation and achieve customer satisfaction.
