Responsibilities: * The VP of Lending will be overseeing the development and implementation of home and land loan processing system * Ensuring that all lending operations are compliant with banking and regulatory laws * Managing and leading a team of lending professionals * Collaborating with other departments to develop and implement strategic plans * Monitoring lending operations and adjust strategies as necessary * Analyzing market trends and make recommendations to senior management * Keeping abreast of changes to banking and lending laws and regulations * Managing and maintain relationships with lending partners * The VP of Lending will be developing and implementing operational policies and procedures * Completing all workplace training and compliance in a timely manner
