Summary: Seeking a VP of Marketing with a strong background in pharmaceuticals, product management, and new product launches to lead marketing strategy and execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
15+ years of relevant work experience in pharmaceuticals, product management, and new product launch
5+ years as VP Marketing, Director of Marketing or other senior role leading a national brand
Experience in creating a marketing vision and developing a center of excellence
Preferred experience in hospital, urology, oncology space
Experience in market access and reimbursement is essential
Nuclear medicine experience is preferred
Up to 30% domestic and international travel required
Responsibilities:
Lead marketing for North America with support in marketing strategy and strategic planning process ownership
Develop annual marketing plan with strategies, tactics, and resources to achieve goals
Provide leadership/support in design and development of product lines
Manage multiple new product launches including pre-launch demand generation, logistical/promotional/sales support during launch, and post-launch tracking/marketing programs for sales maximization
Create successful market access program supporting reimbursement of new/existing products
Prepare executive-level presentations explaining current/future strategies; manage external communications related to marketing/product strategy
Other Information:
Position is permanent with salary range of $240K-$260K plus 35% bonus
Role requires onsite presence or remote with willingness to travel onsite twice per month; candidates only from ET/CT regions (no PST candidates)
Standard work week: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm EST
