Job Summary:
The Vice President of Operations for the Cavco Insurance Division is responsible for the administrative and day-to-day operations of the division, overseeing the Policy Processing, Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, Licensing departments, and other operational areas. This role focuses on driving process improvement, ensuring operational excellence, and implementing strategies that enhance efficiency and align with company goals.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in operational leadership roles, preferably within the insurance industry. Expertise in process improvement, process documentation, and implementing lean principles. Familiarity with insurance software systems and their application to streamline operations. Strong project management skills and experience managing BPO teams or integrating BPO into operations. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Required job skills:
5 years’ experience in leadership in an insurance organization. Experience with lean management principles, including standard work creation. Experience selecting and implementing new insurance software solutions Plus: BPO management, AI tool development and deployment, lean certifications (i.e. six sigma), insurance agency operations and software familiarity in addition to insurance carrier operations and software familiarity.
