High energy, multitasking ability, and focus in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments. Experience. 10+ years of experience in operations management, business process engineering, and organizational change. Education. Undergraduate degree in appropriate discipline.    YOU WILL: Lead Strategically. Collaborate with Platinum and Jostens’ leadership to identify, define, and prioritize opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and business process optimization. Innovate Solutions. Evaluate and implement practices and technologies to design and execute transformative programs and processes. Drive Projects. Develop business cases, secure management approval, and lead initiatives from inception through post-implementation review. Ensure Execution Excellence. Create comprehensive plans and schedules, monitor progress, and take corrective actions to deliver successful outcomes. Report Progress. Provide regular updates on project status and results to Jostens and Platinum leadership. Shape Culture. Partner with the CEO and VP of HR to align leadership, build organizational capability, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
