VICE PRESIDENT, TRANSFORMATION
ABOUT YOU:
Do you have a passion for driving transformation and building long-term capabilities? Jostens is hiring a Vice President, Transformation to lead process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and drive cultural change. As part of our senior leadership team, you'll optimize processes, strengthen leadership, and foster continuous improvement to deliver lasting impact.
YOU HAVE:
+ Change Management Expertise. Proven training and experience in leading organizational change.
+ Exceptional Communication Skills. Strong interpersonal, listening, and presentation skills, with an acute awareness of nonverbal communication cues.
+ Influential Leadership. High level of tact and diplomacy with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders and adapt leadership styles based on audience and setting.
+ Calm Under Pressure. High energy, multitasking ability, and focus in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
+ Experience. 15+ years of experience in operations management, business process engineering, and organizational change.
+ Education. Undergraduate degree in appropriate discipline.
YOU WILL:
+ Lead Strategic Transformation. Collaborate with Platinum, Koch, and Jostens’ leadership to define and execute opportunities for process optimization, cost savings, and operational improvements.
+ Develop Scalable Solutions. Assess practices, tools, and technologies to design and implement programs that align with business objectives and enhance performance.
+ Drive Change Initiatives. Provide guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the transformation journey.
+ Build and Present Business Cases. Create compelling business cases and lead initiatives through review, approval, and execution.
+ Identify Opportunities and Trends. Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and customer insights to shape strategies and capitalize on growth opportunities.
+ Deliver and Evaluate Results. Oversee project implementation, track performance metrics, and conduct post-launch reviews to ensure sustained success.
+ Manage Timelines and Resources. Create detailed project plans, monitor progress, and make adjustments to meet objectives.
+ Communicate Progress. Provide clear and timely updates to stakeholders, including Jostens, Platinum, and Koch leadership.
+ Enhance Leadership and Culture. Work closely with the CEO and CHRO to strengthen leadership capabilities and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
+ Typical/expected % of overnight travel: 40%
