Proven training and experience in leading organizational change. + Exceptional Communication Skills. Strong interpersonal, listening, and presentation skills, with an acute awareness of nonverbal communication cues. + Influential Leadership. High level of tact and diplomacy with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders and adapt leadership styles based on audience and setting. + Calm Under Pressure. High energy, multitasking ability, and focus in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments. + Experience. 15+ years of experience in operations management, business process engineering, and organizational change. + Education. Undergraduate degree in appropriate discipline. YOU WILL: + Lead Strategic Transformation. Collaborate with Platinum, Koch, and Jostens’ leadership to define and execute opportunities for process optimization, cost savings, and operational improvements. + Develop Scalable Solutions. Assess practices, tools, and technologies to design and implement programs that align with business objectives and enhance performance. + Drive Change Initiatives. Provide guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the transformation journey. + Build and Present Business Cases. Create compelling business cases and lead initiatives through review, approval, and execution. + Identify Opportunities and Trends. Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and customer insights to shape strategies and capitalize on growth opportunities. + Deliver and Evaluate Results. Oversee project implementation, track performance metrics, and conduct post-launch reviews to ensure sustained success. + Manage Timelines and Resources. Create detailed project plans, monitor progress, and make adjustments to meet objectives. + Communicate Progress. Provide clear and timely updates to stakeholders, including Jostens, Platinum, and Koch leadership. + Enhance Leadership and Culture.
