About this opportunity:

The VP of Global Partner Strategy & Programs is responsible for developing and managing transformational strategic programs that will help our partners to accelerate and grow. Reporting to the SVP of Global Partner Sales, you will have experience working globally across multiple routes and geographies, with building world class partner programs and incentive portfolios, along with enabling partners and creating the capability to make Ericsson easy to do business with. Developing a three-year roadmap, you will have the collaborative and relationship skills to build relationships across routes including Ericsson and relevant teams. This is a critical and exciting role within Ericsson and requires leadership, self-motivation, drive, and innovation.

This role is instrumental in driving both sales acceleration and execution via a two-tier and direct eco-system in our market and requires ten plus years of experience in a relevant partner program and success leadership role with demonstrated organization and communication skills.

What you will do:

Build strategic and executive relationships with senior decision makers and partnersEnvision and establish a three (3) year roadmap: Develop a world class three (3) year roadmap for the Ericsson Enterprise partner program that is future proof and provides the strategy and plan for our partner programLead and coach a world class partner program teamInvestment Portfolio:  Create an end-to-end incentive program drive growth, supports new products and drive loyalty across all routes to marketRevenue growth: Enable sales accelerations and partner loyalty through programs and incentivesEffectively leverage and communicate prioritization, goals and performanceBe a trusted advisor for partners and internal Ericsson Enterprise leadership as it relates to partner programsQualifications

Location Expectations: Plano, TX, & Boise, ID is preferred. Other locations and remote can be considered.

 Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in relevant field or equivalent experienceTen (10+) years of relevant experience Minimum of five (5) years working in a leadership roleExtensive global experience across partner program RTMs including 2 tier, reseller, MSP, professional services Proven track record in balancing the strategic with tactical and foundational Comfortable and experienced with building, innovating and creating roadmaps of programsExperience developing and creating new programs, specializations and innovating existingSkilled at end-to-end partner benefits and incentives enabling mutual partner success and satisfactionBalance of analytic/process and relationship/people skills along with financial acumenAbility to travel up to ~20-25% if needed

Preference for someone with SaaS, Security and MSP experience
