General Purpose of Job:
The VP Sales In-Store Connect will work closely with the In-Store Connect team as well as Quad’s larger sales organization to help us accelerate retail engagement and drive revenue generated from the network.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive adoption of our in-store retail media network among regional retailers.
+ Collaborate with Quad leaders to identify targets who align to our growth strategy and activate strategic plans to get to key decision makers.
+ Represent Quad at industry events and be a leader in promoting offering and continuing to build momentum around in-store RMN’s.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert on how retailers can effectively leverage in-store media for promotional and advertising purposes.
+ Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients
+ Develops annual strategic account plans with our In-store Connect team to inform prioritization of opportunities and execution of strategy.
+ Build and maintain relationships with retailers, offering strategic guidance and support on how to effectively showcase and promote products using the platform
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelors Degree
Experience:
+ Strong knowledge of retail media networks, in-store marketing platforms, retail merchandising and operations, and consumer behavior.
+ Understanding of the current retail media networks and how they operate across Retailers and Brands.
+ Understanding of how brands allocate their retail support around:
+ Local trade funds
+ Shopper Marketing Spend
+ New Product Launch
+ Innovation and test budgets
+ Overall brand spend
+ Understanding of how retailers work with brands on spend allocation.
+ Understanding of required key metric deliverables around spend performance.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
+ Experienced in building and nurturing high-level, trusted advisor client relationships.
+ Experience working directly with retail chains in a marketing capacity.
+ Demonstrated ability to serve in a leadership capacity, and effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
+ Demonstrated capacity for forming and advancing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
+ Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions related to retail media and in-store advertising.
+ Has an entrepreneurial mindset, motivated by building a new business within a business
