We are partnered with a leading Global Contract Manufacturer who produces the highest quality of products in the health nutrition space. Our client specializes in the contract manufacturing of dietary supplements and OTCs throughout Europe and other growing markets. We are seeking an ambitious, dynamic VP of Sales (East Coast) to drive development opportunities and sales in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company objectives.Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.Analyze market trends and customer needs to refine sales tactics and approaches.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure successful execution of the sales plan.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services.Manage the key customer relationships to deliver sales and growth with key partners.

Qualifications:

10+ years’ experience in a USA Sales role5+ years of sales experience in the dietary supplement industry.Degree level education in a science based subject – preferableProven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful sales teams.Strong understanding of the contract manufacturing landscape.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies.
