Our client is a leading player in the retail industry, known for its innovation, global presence, and rapid growth. As part of their strategic expansion, we are seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead and drive the company's commercial performance at both national and international levels.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the sales strategy to support the company’s growth across national and international markets. Manage and lead a team of sales managers, ensuring the achievement of individual and team sales targets. Drive market expansion strategies and explore new market segments to boost business growth. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment in executing commercial strategies. Oversee the management of key accounts, fostering strong relationships with strategic partners. Analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies to maximize results. Optimize sales processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness within the team. Monitor competitive activity and stay up-to-date with retail market trends to ensure the company stays ahead of the curve. Candidate Profile: Experience: You have at least 10 years of experience in sales roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior sales leadership position, ideally within the retail sector or a related industry. Management Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams. Leadership: Strong ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team to achieve ambitious goals. Results-Driven: A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a growth-oriented environment. Strategic Vision: Ability to anticipate retail market trends and implement strategies to capitalize on new opportunities. Strong Interpersonal Skills: Expertise in building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with key partners. Languages: Fluency in English, French and Arabic is required; additional languages are a plus.
