About the Role:
A leading financial technology company is revolutionizing point-of-sale consumer financing through an advanced embedded lending platform. This solution empowers businesses to offer seamless, flexible payment options across online, in-store, and omnichannel environments, driving increased customer spending and merchant growth.
Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive business growth and market expansion. Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, focusing on high-value industry verticals. Engage prospects and clients in a consultative sales approach to maximize conversions. Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Drive and secure strategic customer accounts, delivering measurable revenue impact. Foster and maintain long-term relationships with key enterprise clients. Continuously refine sales processes and methodologies for efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements: 15+ years of sales experience, with a strong track record of revenue growth. 5+ years in fintech, with deep industry expertise in payments, banking, SaaS, lending, or financial technology. 5+ years of experience leading and scaling sales teams at a high-growth company. Strong background in embedded lending, digital payments, or fintech solutions. Proven ability to drive and execute complex sales strategies at an enterprise level. Expertise in solution selling to merchants with a financial or digital product focus. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Analytical and data-driven mindset with a results-oriented approach. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with POS financing solutions and embedded lending platforms. Knowledge of merchant acquiring, digital lending, and payments infrastructure. Established relationships within the fintech, retail finance, or digital payments industry.
