You and Your Job
As the VP of Tax you will be successful in applying the ever changing tax law to your roles and responsibilities.
The Vice President will report directly to the Executive Director who reports directly to the Managing Director, Head of NA Tax. As Vice President of Tax, the incumbent is the primary point of contact for tax related matters. The VP of Tax will liaise with other members of the organization including Head Office Tax personnel to enhance the tax function.
Job Responsibilities
Tax planning and compliance for international bank.
Understanding of income tax accounting standards for US and IFRS GAAP.
Experience with automation of tax provisions and tax returns with particular focus on state apportionment and unitary state filings.
Extensive knowledge of FATCA and information reporting for preparation of annual tax information reporting and withholding payments.
Assist on US and global tax projects, Research & Development tax credit, transfer pricing, Pillar II, tax planning, etc.

Salary Expectations:
Target Hiring Range: $160,000.00 - $185,000.00
This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
