VP, People Technology & Operations
Eightfold is seeking a visionary Vice President of People Technology & Operations to drive our global people operations strategy and lead the transformation of our internal talent practices through innovative technology solutions. This role will be instrumental in building the world's most forward-thinking HR organization by leveraging automation, continuous learning, and Eightfold's own cutting-edge platform.
Responsibilities:
+ Lead global people operations strategy and execution, continuously identifying opportunities for automation and process innovation to set new standards in HR excellence
+ Own and drive end-to-end People technology initiatives, demonstrating an exceptional ability to learn and adapt to emerging technologies while implementing solutions that keep Eightfold at the forefront of HR innovation
+ Spearhead the "Eightfold on Eightfold" initiative, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and People teams to leverage our own platform for internal talent processes and provide strategic feedback for product development
+ Design and implement scalable HR operations frameworks that support rapid organizational growth while maintaining efficiency and compliance
+ Drive data-driven decision making by establishing metrics, analytics capabilities, and reporting frameworks across the people function
+ Lead automation initiatives that transform traditional HR processes, freeing up the team to focus on strategic value-add activities
+ Build and develop a world-class HR operations and technology team that sets new benchmarks for excellence in the industry
+ Create and implement innovative learning and development programs that ensure the team stays ahead of industry trends and technological advancements
+ Partner with HRBP teams to understand business needs and implement forward-thinking technology solutions that enhance talent acquisition, development, and retention
+ Manage vendor relationships and oversee integration of various HR technology platforms with a focus on future-ready scalability
Requirements:
+ 15+ years of progressive experience in HR/People Operations, with significant focus on HR technology implementation and operational excellence
+ Demonstrated track record of building and leading high-performing teams that push boundaries and set new industry standards
+ Strong growth mindset with proven ability to learn, adapt, and drive innovation in rapidly evolving technological landscapes
+ Proven track record of leading global HR operations and successfully implementing enterprise-wide HR technology solutions
+ Experience in identifying and implementing automation opportunities that transform HR service delivery
+ Strong technical acumen with deep understanding of HR systems architecture and integration
+ Experience working with AI-powered HR technology platforms and ability to drive adoption of innovative solutions
+ Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects involving Product, Engineering, and HR teams
+ Strong analytical skills with experience in implementing data-driven operational improvements
+ Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
+ Excellence in stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels of the organization
+ Experience in high-growth technology companies preferred
+ Passion for building and developing teams that challenge conventional HR practices and set new industry benchmarks
