**Overview** We are looking for a **VP Value Based Strategy and Partnerships** to join our team. This position is responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing oversight of value-based partnerships or contracts across the palliative care division. They will work closely with the clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders throughout the division to develop sustainable contracting approaches, model the potential impacts of any contracting opportunities, and assist in monitoring their performance.
