We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Operations to lead our operational initiatives and drive the company’s growth trajectory. This senior leadership role is key to driving operational excellence initiatives, improving organizational processes and measuring performance, and ensuring the organizations efficiency and effectiveness. The VP of Operations will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives across functions, streamlining workflows, monitoring and measuring operational metrics and performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in scaling a software company, optimizing operational workflow, and building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Strategic Leadership:
+ Translate strategy into actionable operational plans, monitor corporate performance, and drive operational excellence that supports business growth. Work closely with the President and CFO and executive team to align operations with organizational goals.
+ Operational Excellence:
+ Develop and implement cross-functional processes to drive strategic priorities. Implement operational metrics, scorecards, and dashboards to measure corporate performance and initiatives. Implement and drive quarterly business reviews across functions to monitor corporate performance against objectives. Monitor performance against business cases through tracking and establishing corrective measures as needed and prepare related reports.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration:
+ Work closely with senior leaders globally across GTM, Product, Engineering, Finance, Strategy, and IT to analyze existing operations, implement new and efficient processes, and drive alignment on corporate goals and initiatives. Partner with business units to ensure seamless execution of operational processes and address any operational challenges.
+ Team Building, Leadership and Development:
+ Build, develop, and lead a high-performing operations team from the ground up, identifying and attracting top talent while establishing a strong foundation for success. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, professional development, and continuous improvement. Implement effective training, development, and performance management practices to ensure long-term team growth and success. Inspire and enable team members, cultivating an environment that promotes internal development, innovation, and adaptability.
+ Revenue Retention and Customer Engagement:
+ Partner closely with GTM, Customer Success, and Engineering to create processes that drive high customer satisfaction and retention rates, proactive customer engagement, effective incident response and root cause analysis, and risk mitigation.
Qualifications:
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
+ MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
+ 15+ years of experience in operations, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role from a SaaS business model or technology drive company
+ Ability to develop and implement successful operational strategies to drive growth
+ Demonstrated experience in scaling operational processes, managing large teams and driving growth in a dynamic environment
Skills and Abilities:
+ Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
+ Deep knowledge of operational strategy, process optimization, financial management and risk mitigation
+ Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on process optimization.
+ Strong financial acumen and experience with operational excellence, budgeting, cost control, and performance metrics.
+ Data driven approach to decision making along with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

The pay range for this position is $202k to $320k, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
