Job Description: \n

Responsibilities\n

The VTCE&AS will design, engineer, configure, install, integrate, and operate and maintain enterprise VTC hardware, software, services and infrastructure. The VTCE&AS's full time duty location will be onsite at Shaw AFB, SC but travel may be required to countries within the CENTCOM Area of Operations.\n

Job duties: \n\nSupport video products and platforms such as Cisco Meeting Server, WebEx, and VCS Express Way.\nTroubleshoot escalated issues to identify and repair complex LAN and WAN VTC connectivity issues, including but not limited to, QoS call routing and gateways.\nComprise Implementation knowledge QoS and CACs and be skilled in troubleshooting complex networks regarding call routing and gateways\nAnalyze a myriad of networking metrics and recognize sub-par network \nDevelop reports and trend analysis documentation on bandwidth and network security \n\n

Qualifications\n\nB.S. in related field AND 5 or more years relevant IT experience; OR 7 or more years relevant IT experience.\nVCTA, CCNP and ITIL Foundation required.\nActive Secret Clearance required.\n\n
