Job Title : VTS Engineer

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

Conducting various on-site service activities, including installations, application training, and software upgrades.

Providing service solutions and support through remote and on-site diagnostics.

Maximizing customer satisfaction by collaborating closely with team members, sales, and academy departments.

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Background: Degree in Optometry or Vision Science.

Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in the medical device or spectacle lenses industry.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with various medical devices, including subjective refraction units, objective refraction units, centration devices, and lens meters.

Language Skills: Preferential consideration for candidates with strong English proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.

Customer Interaction: Experience in customer-facing roles.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong practical skills and a willingness to test early-stage hardware and software, including in customer-facing situations.

Self-motivated, open-minded, and highly responsible.

Demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Proficient English writing and speaking abilities.
