JOB PURPOSE:

1. Develop and implement hospital account strategy under the Beyfortus brand strategy to maximize access to key hospitals and ensure safe operations;

2. Align with business strategy focus, lead the team to integrate resources and build HA joint cross-departmental regional (provincial/municipal) academic platforms to improve KOL/HCP concept especially for hospital management level.

3. Facilitate the mechanism and business pathways for maternal education, generalize and transform such mechanism and pathways into enforceable business-promoting strategies and programs to support brand promotion strategy;

4. Formulate strategies and programs for academic education and market activities for experts in obstetrics, pediatrics and chronic diseases in hospitals to improve their and POV HCP’s academic concepts on vaccine;

5. Promote the establishment and improvement of feasible mechanisms and programs for the vaccination innovation model among Hospitals and CHCs so as to shape the advantageous external environment for the relevant brands;

6. Fulfill team management, carry out professional promotion, and observe proper code of conduct

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree (or above) in marketing, business management or medicine related fields of expertise, preferably with the degree of MBA

Experience & knowledge:

1. At least 10 years of work experience in management positions in relevant fields, the experience in brand management is plus;

2. Familiar with ongoing laws, regulations and policies on pharmaceutical products and bio products

Work experience in and application knowledge on product sales and marketing promotion activities

2. Strong leadership in team management and ability to initiate and implement changes;

3. Sufficient ability of the interpersonal interaction,  negotiation presentation and influence;

5. Fluency in  both oral and written English
